Football in School

The FA are focussed on changing the culture of football within further education, to make it student led, listening to what students want and supporting them to make it happen.

The FA Secondary Schools Programme

The FA Secondary Schools Programme puts "football at the heart of school life".

Football has the unique ability to capture the hearts and imagination of school children, enhance everyday school life and play a key role in supporting whole school improvement.

This can be achieved through The FA Secondary School Programmes, which is football’s lasting commitment to providing schools with child friendly programmes, high quality services that schools value, while actively engaging with teachers to ensure we complement their work.

It’s free to be involved, simple to sign up and a whole range of benefits are readily accessible.

Team Nineteen is The FA’s intra-mural football programme for Further Education, developed by The Football Association along with delivery partners English Colleges FA (ECFA) and Association of Colleges Sport (AoC Sport).
