Derek Hallas, a coach from West Riding, has donated kit and equipment to a football project in Lamin Town, Gambia. Derek, pictured above, ran a senior team goalkeeper coaching session and after watching and guiding one team in a training match he was presented with a certificate of appreciation.

On his experience, Derek said 'How something so small can mean so much to people. I was so overwhelmed and humbled by the welcoming and appreciation by all the players, coaches and onlookers at the Universal Football Academy, Lamin Town in The Gambia.
