We will input your email address onto the Whole Game system (the FA’s administration system), against the FAN you have provided. This information can only be accessed by the clubs you play for, West Riding FA & The FA.
In season 21/22 the FA is making it mandatory for any player involved in football (and for parents / carers whose child is under the age of 16) to have an email address. West Riding is aiming to support all our clubs & teams to help gather & input this information on their behalf.
Your email address will not be shared to any third parties, it will only be inputted onto the Whole Game System.
On the form you will receive the option to opt in to receive our monthly newsletter. If you choose not to enter it, West Riding FA or The FA are unable to email you unless it is a “Service Update”. A service update is when something important has changed in football which every participant will be required to know. For Example – New Safeguarding implementation/ Concerns & “Sin Bins”.
