Junior Clubs And DBS Guidance

Junior Clubs and DBS Applications.

Please could all Junior Clubs ensure that they have registered with the FA DBS Team for Online Disclosures. All Junior Clubs should have their own DBS verifier in place now. Clubs and individuals attached to Junior clubs should be completing the DBS application / verification process within their own club. If your club has not already registered with Online Disclosures, your CWO / nominated DBS verifier should email fachecks@thefa.com to register for the service. You will then be sent the relevant guidance and your own clubs unique Organisation PIN Number.

Also all Club Welfare Officers should now enter the Organisation Pin Number onto the Whole Game System.  This can be accessed by going onto your CWO tab, then clicking onto the Club Safeguarding icon > DBS applications. You can then add your Org Pin. This then allows your coaches to apply for their DBS via the Whole Game System. You can also add new coaches / officials on this page who require a DBS.

The CWO / Applicant guidance for completing the DBS process on the WGS IS attached.

If you have any questions or are having difficulties accessing this system, please contact fachecks@thefa.com
