Absolutely. The FA runs events all over the country and for all levels. To explore events please visit our national CPD events page here.
If you're an FA Level 1 or 2 learner, continuous professional development hours are optional and so there is no longer a requirement for licensing .
If you're a UEFA qualified coach, however, you are required to complete 15 hours of CPD every three years to maintain your licence, which The FA recommends is best achieved by completing 5 hours per season

Delivered by: Piotr Haluch - Graduate Teaching Assistant and PhD
Student at Leeds Trinity University
Piotr is a performance coach with a strong knowledge and understanding of
player development who holds a BSc and MSc in Sport & Exercise Psychology,
UEFA A Licence, and The FA Advanced Youth Award. During his career, he has
worked at Burnley FC and Huddersfield Town in both coaching and performance
roles. Piotr is passionate about coaching programmes and held internships at
clubs such as Real Madrid, Valencia CF, and AC Milan developing his knowledge
of training methodologies. Piotr is currently working on a project with S.L.
Benfica looking at coaching principles to enhance player learning and cognitive
development.
This theory/practical session will look at how session design and structure can
equip players with knowledge and skills that are both durable (remaining
accessible across periods) and flexible (being accessible in the various
contexts). Piotr will discuss how coaches can monitor cognitive loads and
enhance players understanding of how, when and why to perform specific skills.
Coaches attending the session will discuss how training tasks and activities
carried out with varying levels of complexity may lead to more or less
cognitive demands and allow players to develop “their own way”. The overall
objective of the session will be to enhance coaches understanding of
pedagogical competencies such as task design, feedback, positive reinforcement,
training space management, etc.
