Leeds Parks Football Pitch Applications 2023/2024

Clubs/Teams are invited to apply for the seasonal hire of a Leeds City Council football pitch and where applicable changing room facilities for the forthcoming season. 

From season 23/24, all allocations and collection of tenancy fees will be made by the West Riding County FA, in agreement with Leeds City Council. 

A Club’s previous allocation will be given priority. 

Please complete the online form and upload your completed ‘Leeds Playing Fields Request’ sheet by no later than Friday 16th June 2023.

It is imperative that you insert the day and time detail for each team requiring use of a pitch (e.g. Saturday, 2.00pm). Please note that failure to book your pitch(es) by the deadline, or failing to correctly enter all the details requested could result in them being allocated to another Club, taken out of service or changed to accommodate demand in another sport in the City. 

Proposed pitch allocations will then be communicated to Clubs on Friday 7th July 2023.

2023/2024 Football Season:

• Pitches will be available from Saturday 2nd September 2023 to Sunday 28 April 2024. 

• Individual site layouts for each site can be downloaded in the Useful Documents section at the bottom of this page.

• Hire charges for pitches and changing rooms (where applicable) will be per team as follows:

Pitch Hire Charges

Mini-Soccer (5v5, 7v7) - £134.00
Youth Football (9v9, 11v11) - £269.00
Senior Football - £735.00

Changing Facilities Hire Charges

Mini-Soccer & Youth Football - £328.00
Senior Football - £490.00

Casual Matches

Youth Football - £39.00
Senior Football - £86.00

Please note that pre-payment is not required. You will receive an invoice containing deadlines and methods of payment in due course when pitches have been allocated.

A strict code of conduct will be applied to all Clubs using parks pitches and facilities allocated by West Riding County FA, on behalf of Leeds City Council. By completing the application form your club agrees to adhere to all user conditions given.  Failure to do so may result in disciplinary procedures and the withdrawal of these services.
