Barkston Ash FA Compiling History
The association's Secretary, Brian Coutts, is putting together a history book from old pictures old newspaper articles and minute books. Brian is requesting photos of anything to do with Barkston Ash FA including photos of cup winners with trophy, photos of any medals and the older the better but anything at all.
In the early years, Barkston Ash had winners from Halton, Whitkirk and other teams in Leeds before the district shrank to its current boundaries covering Wetherby, Garforth, Kippax, Selby and Sherburn.
