West Riding FA Council Member Mark Heap has been selected to referee in the IBSA African Blind Football Championship.

The competition will take place between the 25th November and 1st December.

This is the final qualifying tournament for the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics with the winners joining hosts Japan, World Champions Brazil, European Champions Spain, Asia Champions China as well as Argentina and France in next years Paralympics.

It is an opportunity for Mark to impress the IBSA footballing sub committee and hopefully secure a place on the shortlist of Match Officials for Tokyo 2020.
