As a Community Champion you will actively get involved in working alongside clubs (identified by the County FA) to help educate those that offend with the aim to ultimately look to change the root of the issue within those particular clubs rather than simply punishing the behaviour, provide welfare support to victims and signposting to other support organisations as well as creating awareness of processes and reporting platforms throughout the grassroots game.
