As part of our part of our Black History Month celebrations, we are working with the Black List Awards to recognise and celebrate Black excellence in the football industry, particularly the unsung heroes in the community.

The Football Black List shines a light on those who are inspiring the next generation and we are extremely excited to welcome to the awards to Leeds in December 2023! 

The initiative, supported by The FA, Premier League, PFA, EFL, PGMOL, LMA and Kick It Out, pays tribute to individuals making a difference within the community and at the grassroots level of the game. 

We are inviting nominations from our West Riding communities… you can nominate anyone, including yourself.

The nominations should focus on individuals of Black Caribbean and/or African descent who have a positive impact upon the football community and grassroots across West Riding.
