West Riding Referee officiates the IBSA Blind Football FINAL
Mark Heap, Local West Riding Referee officiates the Final of the IBSA Blind Football Grand Prix in Tokyo
Congratulation to Mark Heap, Level 5 County Senior Referee who has traveled to Japan to referee in the IBSA Blind Football Grand prix
Mark was appointed to some challenging and testing games in the
group stages:
Day 1: Argentina v Russia as 1st referee
Day 2: Turkey v Russia as 2nd referee
Day 3: Japan v Turkey as 1st Referee
To top it all off Mark was Appointed as the 1st referee in the final, England V Argentina
